FIELD ENABLEMENT PLATFORM
The training platform
your field teams will
never log into.
Seen. Understood. Applied. 33 Trucs Campaigns turns your critical messages into sequenced three-minute stories, delivers them inside the tools your teams already open, and shows you exactly what landed.
No app · No account to create · No IT project
Enterprise software forgot four workers out of five.
80%
The world's workforce has no desk.
Store advisors, construction crews, drivers, warehouse operators, temporary staff. No desk, no laptop, often no company email address.
Critical messages travel as attachments.
Safety instructions, process changes and regulatory updates are sent, filed and never opened. What does get read fades within weeks.
AI
The relay is disappearing.
Frontline jobs are the hardest to automate. The middle managers who used to pass knowledge down are the easiest. The gap is about to widen.
Estimated share of the global workforce in deskless roles.
NO-LMS BY DESIGN
Critical messages don't need an LMS.
They need to land.
Learning management systems were built for people who sit at a desk and log in. Everything about them, the account, the catalog, the forty-five minute module, the completion rate, assumes a worker with time and a screen. Campaigns starts from the opposite premise.
The LMS assumption
- An account to create for every worker
- An app to install and maintain
- An SSO and directory integration project
- A forty-five minute module
- A completion rate as the only outcome
- Temporary staff and subcontractors left out
- One content, sent to everybody
The Campaigns approach
- A link. Nothing to create
- Nothing to install
- No IT project
- A three-minute story
- A knowledge state per person
- Everyone reached, employee or not
- One sequence, adapted to each person
Four moves. One campaign.
A campaign is built in six guided steps by the person who owns the message: an operations manager, a safety lead, a store director. No instructional designer required.
01
Sequence.
Set the objective, assemble the stories, describe the audience in plain language, and set the numbers this campaign has to hit. AI drafts the content from the documents you already have.
02
Deliver.
Each story goes out on its own date, through the channels your teams already use. Every recipient gets a link that belongs to them alone, and that expires when the campaign closes.
03
Learn.
Every answer, every hesitation, every drop-off feeds a picture of what this person knows. The next story in the sequence is built on it.
04
Prove.
The campaign is scored against the targets you set before launching. Not activity. Outcome.
ADAPTIVE ENGINE
Every answer rewrites
what comes next.
Adaptive learning usually means adjusting difficulty inside a course, for someone who has already logged in. Campaigns adapts across a sequence, for people who never log in at all. The platform builds a picture of what each worker knows, what they missed, and what they are about to forget, then changes the message, the format, the channel and the hour accordingly.
STORY A
A lockout procedure question comes back wrong.
The gap is recorded against that person, not against the group.
STORY B
Opens on the exact point that was missed.
Correction arrives while the situation is still fresh.
STORY C
Sent before the message decays.
Reinforcement is scheduled on the forgetting curve, not on the calendar.
STORY D
Goes out by WhatsApp at 8:22.
Channel and timing follow observed behavior, person by person.
LAST MILE DELIVERY
We don't add a channel.
We use the ones they already open.
Adoption does not fail on content. It fails on the last mile, the moment a message has to leave your systems and reach a person who is standing in a warehouse. A story is a link, so it travels anywhere a link travels, and it carries its own identity and its own measurement with it.

KNOWLEDGE MAP
See what your organization
actually knows.
Completion rates tell you a file was opened. They tell you nothing about whether a procedure is understood on the night shift in one specific warehouse. Campaigns maps every critical message against every team and every site, in three states, and keeps that map live as the sequence runs.
Seen
The message reached the person and was opened.
Understood
The answers show the point was grasped, not just viewed.
Applied
The checklist, the form or the action confirms it moved into practice.
Find the blind spot before the audit does.
PROOF, NOT ACTIVITY
Set the target before you launch.
Get the score when it closes.
Every campaign carries the numbers it has to hit, decided by you at creation. Reach, completion, understanding, watch time. The platform reports against those numbers, weekly and at closing, in a format a manager can relay on site without translation.
Illustrative campaign data.
A campaign either hit its numbers or it did not. That conversation is worth having.
Six reasons a message has to land.
Onboarding
Bring new hires, temporary staff and partners up to speed in their first week, without waiting for a training session.
Safety and compliance
Push instructions and regulatory updates, and keep evidence of who saw and understood them.
Process rollout
Deploy a new procedure across every site at once, and see where it stalls.
Memory reinforcement
Bring back key messages before they fade, on a rhythm set by the data.
Commercial activation
Brief, motivate and equip frontline sellers ahead of a launch or a season.
Transformation and change
Support adoption of a new tool, a new organization or a new standard.
Not a lighter LMS. A different object.
Four categories claim part of this problem. None of them solves it end to end.
Built for procurement.
GDPR compliant
European company, European hosting, data processed in the EU.
CCPA aligned
Consumer privacy rights supported for US operations.
No AI training on your data
Your content and your results never train a model.
No data resale
Ever. There is no second business model here.
Configurable retention
You set how long results are kept. Deletion on request.
Expiring links
Access closes with the campaign, server side.
No account to create
Nothing to provision, nothing to deprovision, nothing to leak.
SSO for administrators
SAML and OIDC for the people who build campaigns.
Eighty percent of the people who make an organization run have never had software built for them.
They were handed the tools of the desk economy and asked to make do. A login. A catalog. A module. A completion rate that proves nothing.
As artificial intelligence absorbs the layer of management that used to carry knowledge down to the ground, that failure stops being an inconvenience. It becomes a structural risk.
We are building the system that speaks to the field directly, in three minutes, in the tools it already opens, and that can prove what landed.
33 Trucs Campaigns Team
See it on your critical message.
Bring one procedure, one safety instruction or one launch brief. We will show you the campaign it becomes, the way it reaches your teams, and the report you get at the end.
FAQ
Do our workers need to download anything?
No. A story is a web link. It opens in the browser already on the phone, on any device, including shared tablets and kiosk screens. There is nothing to install and nothing to update.
Do we have to create accounts for everyone?
No. Recipients are identified by email or by a field you choose, such as an employee number or a site code. No directory sync, no provisioning, which is why temporary staff and subcontractors can be reached like anyone else.
Does this replace our LMS?
It does not try to. Certifying courses stay where they are. Campaigns handles what happens before and after them, and everything an LMS never reached because those workers never logged in.
How long does it take to launch a first campaign?
A campaign is assembled in six guided steps from documents you already have. The constraint is deciding what you want people to do differently, not building the content.
What can we actually measure?
Reach, completion, quiz results, watch time and time spent per slide, per person and per site, compared to the targets you set before launching.
Which languages are supported?
Stories can be translated, and audiences are defined with their own language, so one campaign can run across countries without being rebuilt.
